Rev. Tony
Rinkenberger
Saint Paul, Minnesota
For those navigating the uncharted territory between who they were and who they are becoming.
A word to begin
Something has shifted. The framework that once held your faith, your identity, your sense of purpose — it no longer fits the way it used to. You are not broken. You are in transition. And you don’t have to navigate it alone.

You are asking questions
you can’t un-ask.
Maybe you were raised in a tradition that no longer holds you. Maybe you’ve built a successful career and arrived at a hollow feeling you can’t name. Maybe your understanding of God has outgrown the container you were given.
These are not crises to be fixed. They are invitations. The question is whether you have someone who can walk with you through them.
- Leaders experiencing the gap between outer success and inner meaning
- People in religious deconstruction or faith transition who want to think carefully, not just cope
- Healthcare professionals navigating moral distress and institutional burnout
- Executives at inflection points — career, purpose, identity
- Those who have had significant spiritual experiences they don’t know how to integrate
- Spiritual seekers drawn to contemplative Christianity, process theology, or integral frameworks
About Tony
A guide who has made the journey.
Tony Rinkenberger is not a theorist. He has traveled the terrain he now helps others navigate. Raised in the separatist fundamentalism of the Anabaptist tradition, his own spiritual journey moved through Baptist reformed theology, a prolonged dark night of the soul, and eventually into the expansive territory of mystical Christianity, process theology, and integral spirituality.
What sets Tony apart is the breadth of his formation. Decades in corporate and healthcare leadership gave him deep fluency in the pressures executives and institutional leaders carry. Graduate study in healthcare administration sharpened his systems thinking. And his ordination, together with years of theological study spanning Whitehead, Teilhard de Chardin, Ken Wilber, and the Christian contemplative tradition, gives him the intellectual and pastoral depth to hold the hard questions without collapsing them into easy answers.
He is not interested in giving you a new set of beliefs to adopt. He is interested in accompanying you toward greater wholeness, a faith that can hold your actual life, and a clearer sense of who you are and how you want to move in the world.

Ways to work together
Structured for where you are.
Every engagement begins with a free consultation to understand your situation and discern whether we are a good fit. There is no pressure to commit before that conversation happens.
The approach
“God does not dictate or predetermine our realities, but rather experiences them with us.”
This work is grounded in a particular theological conviction: that you are not merely a problem to be diagnosed, a sinner to be corrected, or a project to be completed. You are a co-creator, moving through a dynamic, participatory universe in which every experience — including the disorienting ones — carries the potential for transformation.
Drawing on Whitehead’s process theology, the integral framework of Ken Wilber, and the Christian mystical tradition, Tony brings intellectual rigor and genuine pastoral presence to every engagement. This is not a space for pat answers or performative positivity. It is a space for honest reckoning and careful accompaniment.
The goal is not to replace what you’ve lost with a new belief system. It is to help you develop the inner resources to live well within uncertainty — with integrity, with depth, and with a faith that is genuinely your own.
